Seller’s Pre-Listing Inspection

We complete a seller’s pre-listing inspection before they put the home on the market. During the inspection, we search the home thoroughly for any issues that would come up during a buyer’s inspection, giving the seller the opportunity to be upfront and honest about these issues and even to have them repaired before listing.
Sellers who have their homes inspected can better justify asking prices, appear honest and professional to potential buyers, and better prepare their home for a competitive market.
Buyer’s Inspection
An inspection protects homebuyers by providing them with information about the home’s condition, maintenance needs, and defects before they enter a real estate transaction.
We will thoroughly inspect the home’s visible and safely accessible areas for any issues that may influence your buying decision. We will assemble all the information into a detailed home inspection report. This report will be your guide in understanding the property and requesting the repairs you wish to see completed before completing your deal with the seller or realtor.
Re-Inspection

We perform a re-inspection after the seller makes their repairs. The buyers will provide us with a list of the home’s changes and we will make sure all agreements are satisfied and the repairs are up to standard.
This leaves all parties on the same page and prepares the buyer and seller to enter into their transaction with peace of mind.
